The Mitsubishi 49189-01000 is a fully remanufactured turbocharger that has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment process. This includes replacing damaged parts with new original components, sandblasting functional parts, and reassembling the unit with adjusted vacuum or electronic control. The turbocharger is dynamically balanced at a certified station to simulate real engine conditions, ensuring 100% functionality as confirmed by a calibration report. Key specifications for this turbocharger include a 2.3-liter engine displacement, an engine output of 140 kW, and a TD04H-13C6 model with a 44.20 mm turbine wheel diameter and 12 blades. This refurbished turbocharger comes with a 2-year warranty. The package includes detailed installation instructions to help prevent premature failure. It's crucial to identify and address external factors that may have caused previous turbocharger damage, such as poor lubrication, foreign object entry, or overheating, as less than 1% of turbocharger failures are due to defects in the unit itself.
