Description

The CTS Turbo GTX2863R is a performance turbocharger designed with dual ball bearings and an ultra-high flow compressor wheel incorporating Garrett's 11-Blade technology. This unit features a 53.86mm, 76-trim turbine wheel. The compressor housing is a GT28 style with a 3-inch inlet and a 2-inch outlet, including built-in anti-surge machining. Garrett GTX turbos utilize the same turbine housings as GT series turbos, and these are sold separately. The external dimensions of the GTX2863R are identical to the GT2860RS, allowing for a direct fit into the existing engine bay without requiring modifications. Furthermore, this GTX model is compatible with the same oil and coolant fittings used on standard GT28, GT30R, and GT35R turbos. Important considerations for installation include that the turbine housing, actuator, and mounting bracket are all sold separately.
