The Turbo FMACS60R is a turbocharger actuator designed for specific Volvo K24 Turbo models. It is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for, or slightly above, factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stronger spring upon request for tuned vehicles.

The Forge Motorsport Actuator FMACS60R is a billet aluminum turbocharger actuator designed to fine-tune and manage your specific boost requirements, allowing for improved response and better control. This actuator is suitable for the following K24 Turbo models: 2004-2007 Volvo S60R (Eng Code B5254T4) 2.5L AWD 300hp and 2004-2007 Volvo V70R (Eng Code B5254T4) 2.5L AWD 300hp. It can also be fitted to 2005-2007 Volvo S60 T5 (Eng Code B5244T5) 2.4L FWD 260hp and 2005-2007 Volvo V70 T5 (Eng Code B5244T5) 2.4L FWD 260hp. Manufactured from 6026 grade aluminum and machined in the UK, this vehicle and turbo-specific actuator offers a choice of piston or diaphragm operation, Nomex reinforced flurosilicone diaphragms, and laser-cut stainless steel brackets. It comes with a choice of spring pressures to suit your car and is backed by a lifetime warranty. The product is built to order and tuning and service kits are available.
