Turbocharger and Intercooler Kit

The CXRacing TRB-KIT-LS-TRUCK-IC is a comprehensive turbocharger and intercooler system engineered for 1999-2007 Chevrolet Silverado (GMT 800 platform) trucks equipped with the 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L Vortec V8 engines. This kit boasts a proprietary stainless steel manifold with 1.65" runner tubes, designed to retain stock parts and accessories with minimal modifications, only requiring the MAF sensor wires to be cut and extended. It features a 60mm V-band wastegate provision and a 2.5" cross pipe with V-band connections, leading to a 3" downpipe that expands to a 3.5" exhaust pipe. The included T4 turbocharger supports 700-800 WHP and has a 4" air inlet, 2.5" compressed air outlet, 76mm compressor wheel, and a .81 A/R turbine. The bar and plate aluminum intercooler measures 20"x12"x3" for the core, with overall dimensions of 27"x12"x3", and includes 3" inlet/outlet piping. The kit comes complete with a blow-off valve, silicone hoses, T-bolt clamps, and an air filter. **Important Fitment and Usage Notes:** This product is specifically designed for 2WD models and **does NOT fit AWD** variants, as the cross pipe will interfere with the driveshaft. It is not legal for sale, installation, or use on licensed vehicles in California and does not meet CARB compliance. This kit is intended for racing vehicles only, which may never be used upon a highway, and is not applicable or intended for street or highway use. The kit is developed based on a 2002 Silverado and is designed for easy installation, with many installed pictures available to guide the process. However, no formal installation instructions are provided. The 3.5" exhaust pipe requires fabrication of the remaining exhaust system as it does not come with a flange welded.
