Turbocharger Installation Kit

Unlike traditional kits that require extensive custom fabrication due to chassis variations, this kit leverages advanced 3D scanning and additive manufacturing (3D printing) to create precisely fitting components. This approach ensures a repeatable installation and optimal placement of parts, overcoming long-standing frustrations in the aftermarket. The kit features 316L stainless steel 3D-printed exhaust manifolds with optimized merge collectors and billet 1/2" flanges for durability and leak-free connections. It includes Garrett-based G35 turbochargers, Turbosmart 45mm Hypergate wastegates and blow-off valves, and a large, front-mounted dual-core intercooler (24x12x4.5) rated to 1500 whp. The system is designed to support over 2000 whp and features gravity turbo drains, eliminating the need for a scavenge pump. Included components comprise a pair of Garrett Based G35 turbochargers, 316 stainless steel 3D-printed exhaust manifolds and mid-pipes with integrated wastegate provisions, and 3" stainless steel downpipes with four O2 bungs (titanium and catalytic converter options available). The kit also contains 3D-printed intercooler end tanks with Garrett cores, an aluminum intake piping system with integrated sensor/MAF flanges, silicone couplers, heavy-duty clamps, complete oil feed and drain line components, a Turbosmart oil pressure regulator, and Turbo guard filters. These kits are built to order with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
