It features an aluminum core with brazed cooling fins and reinforced, fiberglass-enriched plastic tanks to handle high thermal and mechanical stress. Each unit is built to OE standards for a precise, direct-fit installation.

The unit is constructed with a durable aluminum core and reinforced plastic tanks that are enriched with fiberglass to provide superior structural integrity. The design utilizes flat tubes with integrated turbulators and optimized core end plates, which significantly improve airflow and increase the overall heat exchange surface area. It features exceptionally strong welding seams and strengthened inlets and outlets for added durability. The intercooler is compatible with Mercedes-Benz C250 and SLK250 models from 2013-2015. Mounting hardware is included with the unit to facilitate a direct-fit installation, ensuring it meets factory specifications for fit and function.
