Turbocharger Kit

The Rev9Power TCK-023 is a turbocharger setup kit engineered for select BMW 3 Series models, specifically E36 (1992-1998) and E46 (1999-2005) 323i, 325i, 328i, and 330i with 2.5L, 2.8L, or 3.0L engines. This kit excludes the E46 M3 (3.2L). It provides the core components for a significant power upgrade. Included in this kit is a robust T3 cast turbocharger manifold, a T3 turbocharger rated for over 400 horsepower, and a versatile 38mm wastegate that can be configured for 5 PSI, 10 PSI, or 15 PSI by using both springs. Essential oil lines, feed, and return components with all necessary fittings are also provided, alongside a downpipe flange to facilitate custom exhaust fabrication. This is a setup kit and requires additional components to be fully operational. To complete the installation, an intercooler and intercooler piping are necessary. Furthermore, for optimal performance and engine management, it is recommended to upgrade the vehicle's fuel injectors and ECU.
