Turbocharger Kit

The EMUSA D17-T3-KIT is a comprehensive turbocharger system engineered for 2001-2005 Honda Civic models equipped with the D17 1.7L engine. This kit aims to significantly enhance performance through forced induction. The kit includes a robust cast iron turbo manifold with a direct bolt-on design, featuring a T3 turbo flange compatible with T3 or T/T3 turbochargers. It also incorporates mounting for a 35mm/38mm external wastegate. The included T3 turbocharger offers oil cooling, a 3" flange, and specific A/R ratios for both the compressor (0.42 A/R) and turbine (0.48 A/R) sides, designed for a peak power output capability of 25-35 PSI. Complementing the core components is an intercooler with substantial dimensions (27"X7"X2.5" with a 21"X7"X2.25" core size) capable of withstanding over 80 PSI and achieving a temperature drop of 150-350 degrees. The kit also provides 9 sections of 3" polished aluminum piping with a 2.5" ID, designed to support up to 600HP. This piping requires modification for proper vehicle fitment and includes a variety of bends, silicone hoses, couplers, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. Additionally, the kit contains a manual boost controller (0-30 PSI), a blow-off valve with a 2.5" adapter, and an adjustable wastegate (4/6/8/10 PSI).
