Turbocharger Kit for Honda B-Series

The Rev9Power TCK-002 is a comprehensive turbocharger kit engineered for Honda B16 and B18 DOHC VTEC engines. The kit includes a TX-50E-57 oil-cooled turbocharger with a .63 A/R, a 200-400 HP+ rating, and a compressor inlet of 3.00" with a 2.00" outlet. It also features a 27x6.5x3 intercooler with direct bolt-on piping, 2.25" aluminized mandrel-bent piping, and high-pressure silicon hoses. A cast iron turbo manifold, 2.5" stainless steel downpipe, stainless steel connect pipe, and stainless steel dump pipe are also included. Installation considerations include the need to remove the A/C system, though power steering can be retained. The kit includes a 38mm wastegate set at 5 PSI, with an additional 10 PSI spring to achieve a maximum of 15 PSI. A blow-off valve with a 2-bolt flange, a gasket kit for the wastegate, a steel-braided oil feed line, oil return line, oil pan fitting, necessary vacuum tees and lines, gaskets, bolts, and hardware are also part of the package.
