Turbocharger Kit for Honda B-Series

The Rev9Power TCK-004 is a comprehensive turbocharger kit engineered for Honda B-Series B16 and B18 DOHC VTEC engines. Included in the kit is a TX-50E-57 turbocharger with a .63 A/R exhaust trim and a T3 flange, capable of supporting 200-400 HP+. The kit includes a direct bolt-on intercooler measuring 27x6.5x3 inches, along with 2.25-inch aluminized mandrel-bent piping, high-pressure silicone hoses, and a total of 21 clamps. A cast iron turbo manifold, 2.5-inch stainless steel downpipe, stainless steel connect pipe, and stainless steel dump pipe are also provided. For boost control, a 38mm wastegate is included, pre-set at 5PSI, with an additional 10 PSI spring for a maximum setting of 15 PSI. The kit also contains necessary hardware such as a steel braided oil feed line, oil return line, oil pan fitting, vacuum tees, and various gaskets and bolts. The turbocharger specifications include a 3.00-inch compressor inlet, a 2.00-inch compressor outlet, and a compressor wheel diameter of 53mm / 75mm, with a turbine wheel diameter of 57mm / 65mm. It is an oil-cooled-only unit.
