The Mosselman MSL65-80 is a Stage 2 upgrade turbocharger set designed for the BMW S55 engine, delivering substantial performance gains while preserving the S55's characteristic responsiveness. This set is built upon brand-new MHI S55 turbochargers, enhanced with Mosselman-designed components for superior quality, consistency, and durability. Each turbo features a billet aerospace-grade aluminum compressor wheel, the latest-generation oversized MHI turbine wheel with a slim-nose design, and high-precision CNC machined housings. They are VSR balanced for reliable operation and utilize a titanium shaft nut. Manufactured in-house in the Netherlands, these turbos offer a true plug-and-play installation. Capable of producing up to 800hp, the MSL65-80 is an ideal solution for drivers seeking a significant performance upgrade that remains balanced and usable. Power figures are contingent upon supporting modifications and fuel type. The kit comes with a limited 1-year Mosselman warranty. Compatibility is confirmed for the BMW F80 M3 (2014–2019), F82 M4 Coupe (2014–2020), F83 M4 Cabriolet (2014–2020), and F87 M2 Competition Coupe (2018–2021). It is important to note that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board. Additionally, all Mosselman turbocharger sets are non-refundable and excluded from the returns policy due to complex logistics and their bespoke nature.
