Turbocharger Upgrade

The Turbo Engineers TTE440L is a high-performance hybrid turbocharger upgrade meticulously engineered for Audi B9 A4/A5/Q5/Allroad 2.0T and C7 A6 2.0T models equipped with the EA888.3 turbocharged engine. This unit is built upon an Original IHI Turbocharger base, enhanced with a larger 51mm billet compressor wheel featuring 6+6 blades and extended tip technology, alongside a high-flow, low-mass 9-blade turbine with a 54mm outlet. The TTE440L also includes a TTE CNC milled silencer delete for improved flow and an enhanced exhaust note, as well as a reinforced 360° thrust bearing pack for increased durability. Precision balancing is paramount at The Turbo Engineers. Each turbocharger undergoes rigorous balancing procedures, starting with individual parts balanced at up to 2800RPM, followed by full component assembly and dynamic core balancing at speeds up to 250,000 RPM using a VSR machine, ensuring superior equilibrium far exceeding OEM standards. Each unit is supplied with a balance test result document. However, it's important to note that this turbocharger upgrade requires upgraded software, such as 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Stage 3 ECU Tuning Software (sold separately and is coming soon).
