Description

Clevite heavy-duty engine bearings are designed for commercial and industrial engines. Many Clevite rod and main bearings feature a robust tri-metal CL-112 construction, extensively tested for durability and rated at 12,000 psi. Clevite cam bearings are precision-bored to eliminate post-installation machining and are constructed with a steel backing, a copper-lead alloy layer for strength, a nickel barrier for stability, and an electroplated babbitt overlay for conformability, embedability, and low-friction operation. The 127 TH 20001 000 is part of this heavy-duty engine bearing lineup.
