The Turbosmart GenV HyperGate45 WG45CG Compressed Gas external wastegate integrates "spill" and "fill" control solenoids along with a dome pressure sensor directly into the wastegate cap for simplified CO2 boost control. Its inverted diaphragm is engineered for high-pressure CO2 or compressed air systems and large pressure differentials. This GenV wastegate boasts extensive configurability, superior thermal performance, exceptional fatigue resistance, and optimized flow, ensuring precise control and long-term durability. It represents a ground-up redesign of the classic Gen4 wastegate, maintaining only the mounting orientation. It has been CFD optimized and validated in-house for maximum flow and thermal management. Key features include a unique collar-locking system, a variable actuator cap and base for 360-degree routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, and 1/8″ NPT reference ports. It comes with a full range of springs.
