It features an increased 'Working Ratio' compared to stock, achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised springs for better leverage against boost and backpressure.

This upgrade can lead to a broader boost and torque curve, with peak boost achieved earlier and held longer. The actuator is constructed from high-grade billet aluminum with stainless steel rods and clevis, and incorporates Turbosmart's unique locking collar system.
