TVS Supercharger Kit for Honda/Acura K20/K24

The MercRacing MR1900 TVS Supercharger Kit is a comprehensive forced induction solution engineered for Honda/Acura vehicles with K20 and K24 engines. It includes a billet blower adapter, mounting hardware, manifold, K-series adjustable tensioner, and a complete aftercooler kit. The system is designed to deliver significant power gains, capable of over 400 HP on pump gas and exceeding 500 HP on E85+ fuels when equipped with the cooling system. It has demonstrated its performance potential by achieving 10-second quarter-mile times in a 3100-pound Civic Si. Installation notes specify that the thermostat housing must be replaced with one that points downwards, such as that from an Acura RSX Type S, to ensure proper clearance for the manifold and to direct heat away from it. The recommended part numbers for the thermostat housing and thermostat are 19320-PNA-003 and 19301-PNA-003, respectively. For applications running over 15 psi, it is strongly advised to upgrade spark plugs to a range 8 or 9, depending on the boost level. For 9th Gen Civic owners, upgrading to the 2005-2006 RSX Type S thermostat housing and thermostat is also recommended due to the stock K24Z7 engine's tendency to run hot. Additionally, an extension for the 9th Gen Civic throttle harness may be required. The system provides increased power and efficiency, outperforming the 900 and 1320 kits.
