The Magna TVS1900 Radix Supercharger System is engineered to unlock the full potential of 2003-2004 GM Trucks and SUVs equipped with the 5.3L Flex Fuel V8 engine. At its core, the system generates 6 psi of boost, delivering an impressive estimated gain of 120 horsepower and 120 foot-pounds of torque directly at the rear wheels. Beyond peak numbers, the "under the curve" power is significantly enhanced, providing near-instantaneous boost and torque for exhilarating acceleration. Integral to its design is a large liquid-to-air intercooler housed within the supercharger manifold. This intercooler, working in conjunction with a front-mounted heat exchanger, electric water pump, and coolant reservoir, effectively manages intake air temperatures, typically keeping them only 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit above ambient. Furthermore, an integrated bypass valve allows the supercharger rotors to "free-spin" under light engine loads, minimizing parasitic loss and maintaining stock-like drivability and fuel economy. The TVS1900 Radix utilizes EATON's advanced 6th Generation supercharger rotor technology, featuring four-lobe, high-helix rotors with 160-degree twist. These rotors are housed in a patented high-flow housing, resulting in a highly efficient package that requires less power to drive, produces cooler discharge temperatures, and operates more quietly than many competitors. The system is manufactured in an ISO-certified facility, ensuring consistent performance, durability, and reliability. This system is specifically designed for the following applications: 2003–2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3L Flex Fuel, 2003–2004 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L Flex Fuel, 2003–2004 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L Flex Fuel, 2003–2004 GMC Yukon XL 1500 5.3L Flex Fuel, and 2003–2004 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 5.3L Flex Fuel.
