TVS1900 Radix Supercharger System

The Magnacharger TVS1900 Radix Supercharger System is engineered to unleash the full potential of 2003 GM trucks and SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L V8 engines. It produces approximately 120 horsepower and 120 foot-pounds of torque at the rear wheels, with a boost pressure of around 6 psi. At the core of the system is an integrated liquid-to-air intercooler, which works in conjunction with a front-mounted heat exchanger, electric water pump, and coolant reservoir to keep intake air temperatures within 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit of ambient. This ensures consistent and repeatable performance. An integrated bypass valve maximizes efficiency during cruising by allowing the supercharger rotors to free-spin under light loads, minimizing parasitic loss and maintaining stock-like drivability and fuel economy. The TVS1900 utilizes EATON's 6th Generation Twin Vortices Series rotor technology, known for its efficiency, quiet operation, and cooler discharge temperatures. The supercharger manifold, inlet, pulley, fuel injectors, fuel rails, and intercooler come pre-assembled to simplify installation. All required hardware is included, along with detailed, full-color installation manuals. This system is CARB EO# D-488-46 compliant and is 50-state legal.
