TVS1900 Radix Supercharger System

Engineered as a complete bolt-on package, this system is designed for 2011-2014 Chevrolet Avalanche, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, and Cadillac Escalade models featuring 6.0L or 6.2L V8 engines. It delivers approximately 120 horsepower and 120 ft-lbs of torque at 6 psi of boost, offering significant "under the curve" power gains for immediate throttle response and enhanced towing or hauling capability. At the heart of this system is Eaton's 6th Generation TVS1900 rotor technology, housed within a patented high-flow housing. This design ensures high efficiency, cooler discharge temperatures, and quieter operation. The integrated liquid-to-air intercooler, coupled with a front-mounted heat exchanger and electric water pump, maintains low Intake Air Temperatures (IATs), typically only 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit over ambient. An internal bypass valve allows the rotors to free-spin under light loads, minimizing parasitic loss and maintaining stock-like drivability and fuel economy. The kit comes pre-assembled with the supercharger, manifold, inlet, pulley, fuel injectors, fuel rails, and intercooler to simplify installation, which requires no custom fabrication and can typically be completed in one day.
