TVS1900 Supercharger Complete Kit

The Magnuson TVS1900 Supercharger Complete Kit, developed in partnership with Left Coast 32 and Magnuson Products, is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the SSR. This comprehensive kit includes the TVS1900 jackshaft drive supercharger, a 3.1-inch supercharger pulley with a 1-to-1 rear 10-rib drive, Siemens Deka 60lb injectors, an LS7 throttle body, and an upgraded Walbro 450 fuel pump assembly. Ancillary components have been reviewed and improved for long-term durability and reliability. This complete kit contains everything required for installation on the SSR, covering both the 5.3L and 6.0L engines without necessitating firewall modifications. It includes a Magnuson front steam manifold, fuel manifold, valley cover, filter box air inlet, and "Cathedral Port" intake seals. Other included components are a redesigned heat exchanger, Bosch intercooler coolant pump, genuine GM high-flow engine water pump with a new silicone upper radiator hose, a heavy-duty tensioner upgrade with a billet bracket assembly, a Magnuson crank pinning kit, serpentine belt, and all necessary clamps, brackets, electrical connectors, and spark plugs. A "Tune File" for HP Tuners is also provided for specific SSR variants (5.3 auto, 6.0 auto, 6.0 manual). Installation requires a professional engine computer tune into the ECU and final tuning "tweaks" by a qualified shop.
