TVS1900 Supercharger Kit for Toyota 2GR-FKS 3.5L V6

The Harrop TVS1900 FDFI Supercharger Kit is engineered for the Toyota 2GR-FKS 3.5L V6 engine, representing the world's first aftermarket supercharger system featuring TVS1900 technology for this specific application. Harrop, leveraging over 12 years as an Eaton technology partner, designed this kit to OE levels of appearance and operation, ensuring reliability and durability. The system is expertly assembled by qualified technicians to AS9100 quality standards and individually dynamometer tested in-house. The core of the system is Eaton's TVS1900 rotating group, chosen for its 170-degree lobe helix angle and superior thermal efficiency compared to smaller TVS1320 units found in other kits. The Front Drive/Front Inlet (FDFI) design incorporates a right-hand biased intake for a shorter, less restrictive path. The manifold houses high-density fin, extruded tube intercooler cores, located immediately before the cylinder heads to provide stable intake air temperatures and less dynamic heat transfer after cooling. This is complemented by a large front-mount heat exchanger and a high-flow Bosch intercooler pump for enhanced thermal and volumetric efficiency. Key kit components include the Harrop TVS1900 FDFI Supercharger with a RH inlet cover compatible with the Toyota throttle body bolt pattern, a supercharger intake manifold with dual-pass intercooler cores, and a 6PK FEAD idler bracket. It also comes with a high-efficiency heat exchanger, a high-volume electric intercooler pump, coolant reservoir, molded hoses, and plug-in wiring looms for engine sensors, including IAT breakout, throttle loom extension, and intercooler pump loom. All necessary fasteners and fittings are included. This kit is 49 State Emissions Approved (EO number pending) and offers significant performance gains. At 6.5 psi, it provides an increase of approximately 77hp and 47 ft-lbs of torque over stock, resulting in 275hp and 268 ft-lbs. Peak torque and power gains are delivered early in the RPM range. Note that while higher boost levels are achievable, tuning support for additional boost is not globally available. The quoted power figures are measured at the hubs on a Harrop HQ dynamometer. Two versions are available: a Tuner Kit and a CARB Kit, both designed for the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma equipped with the 3.5L 2GR-FKS V6 engine.
