TVS1900 Supercharger System w/ Intercooler

The Magnuson MP1900 TVS Supercharger Kit is engineered to significantly enhance performance for 2011-2014 Escalade, Tahoe, Yukon, and Suburban models with 6.0L/6.2L engines, as well as 2011-2013 Silverado and Sierra 1500 trucks with the same engine sizes. At its core, the kit utilizes Eaton's 6th Generation TVS1900 Hybrid Roots Style Supercharger, producing 6 psi of boost. This results in substantial power gains of approximately 120 horsepower and 120 foot-pounds of torque at the rear wheels. Beyond peak numbers, the system excels in providing enhanced "under the curve" power, delivering near-instantaneous boost and torque on demand for improved responsiveness during acceleration, towing, or heavy hauling. The supercharger manifold houses a large liquid-to-air intercooler, which, combined with a front-mounted heat exchanger, electric water pump, and intercooler coolant reservoir, maintains low Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) typically only 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit above ambient. For efficiency during cruising, an integrated vacuum-operated bypass valve allows the supercharger rotors to free-spin, effectively negating parasitic loss and consuming less than one-third of a horsepower. This feature contributes to stock-like drivability and fuel economy. Magnuson's Radix systems are designed as comprehensive packages with pre-assembled components including the supercharger, intake manifold, inlet, pulley, fuel injectors, fuel rails, and intercooler for simplified installation. All necessary hardware and a full-color, step-by-step installation manual are included. The TVS1900 supercharger technology, shared with high-performance vehicles like the Corvette ZR-1 and Cadillac CTS-V, features four-lobe, high-helix rotors for greater efficiency, quieter operation, and cooler discharge temperatures. The superchargers are manufactured in an ISO/TS16949 certified facility and come with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. Optional powertrain warranties are available for added peace of mind. Notably, this system does NOT fit HD trucks. It is CARB EO# D-488-12 certified for 50-state legality.
