TVS2300 Hybrid Roots Supercharger 5.7L HEMI

The Magnuson TVS2300 Hybrid Roots Style Supercharger is engineered as a complete, 100% bolt-on package for 2014-2017 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.7L HEMI engine. Designed to deliver significant performance gains, this system is capable of producing approximately 120 horsepower and 120 foot-pounds of torque at the rear wheels, with a boost pressure of 6 psi. At the core of this system is EATON’s latest 6th Generation Twin Vortices Series (TVS) supercharger technology, featuring a pair of four-lobe, high-helix rotors with 160 degrees of overall twist. These rotors are housed in Magnuson’s patented high-flow housing, contributing to cooler discharge temperatures and quieter operation compared to many competitors. The supercharger utilizes a patented cast-aluminum intake manifold with high-velocity ports and includes a liquid-to-air intercooler, a front-mounted heat exchanger, an electric water pump, and an intercooler coolant reservoir to manage intake air temperatures, typically keeping them within 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit of ambient. For optimal drivability and efficiency, the system incorporates an internal bypass valve that allows the rotors to free-spin under light engine loads, virtually eliminating parasitic loss and maintaining stock-like fuel economy. The pre-assembled nature of the supercharger, manifold, inlet, pulley, fuel injectors, fuel rails, and intercooler simplifies installation, which is further aided by included hardware and full-color, step-by-step installation manuals.
