TVS2300 Supercharger Kit for VK56VD

The VT Supercharged TVS2300 Supercharger Kit is engineered for the VK56VD direct injection V8 engine, specifically for the 2016 and newer Nissan Titan, Armada, and Y62 Patrol models. This kit leverages Eaton's TVS technology, featuring 4-lobe rotors for exceptional thermal efficiency and performance. The front-drive, front-inlet (FDFI) design incorporates a left-hand biased intake, reducing the intake path for improved airflow. The intercooler system utilizes a high-density fin, extruded tube core with a dual-pass coolant design, coupled with a large front-mount heat exchanger and a high-flow Bosch intercooler pump for maximum thermal and volumetric efficiency. Key components include the Harrop TVS2300 FDFI Supercharger, a supercharger intake manifold with the integrated dual-pass intercooler, a 7PK FEAD drive idler bracket and belt, a high-efficiency heat exchanger, a high-volume electric intercooler pump, coolant reservoir, and molded hoses. The kit also includes plug-in wiring looms for essential engine sensors and all necessary fasteners and fittings. The system is assembled by qualified technicians to AS9100 quality standards and individually dynamometer tested. Performance gains are significant, with the supercharged engine producing 397HP and 445 ft-lbs of torque, compared to the stock 296HP and 309 ft-lbs. The system is capable of supporting over 800hp with additional engine modifications. Power figures are measured at the wheels.
