TVS2300 Supercharger System

The Magnuson TVS2300 Supercharger System is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS equipped with the 6.2L LS3 or L99 engine. This comprehensive kit is designed for both Automatic and Manual Transmissions, aiming to provide substantial power gains of approximately 120 horsepower and 120 foot-pounds of torque at the rear wheels, operating at 6 psi. Beyond peak numbers, the system delivers enhanced "under the curve" power, providing near-instantaneous boost and torque. At its core, the system incorporates a large liquid-to-air intercooler, managed by a front-mounted heat exchanger, an electric water pump, and an intercooler coolant reservoir. This setup ensures consistent and repeatable performance by maintaining Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) typically only 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit above ambient temperature. For optimal efficiency during light engine loads, a vacuum-operated bypass valve is integrated, allowing the rotors to free-spin, thus minimizing parasitic loss and maintaining stock-like drivability and fuel economy. Constructed with EATON's latest 6th Generation Twin Vortices Series (TVS) supercharger rotor technology, the unit features four-lobe, high-helix rotors with 160-degree twist housed in Magnuson’s patented high-flow housing. This design contributes to lower power consumption for driving the supercharger, cooler discharge temperatures, and quieter operation compared to many competitors. The MagnaCharger system is designed as a complete, pre-assembled package, including the supercharger, manifold, inlet, pulley, fuel injectors, and fuel rails, with all necessary hardware and detailed, full-color installation manuals provided to simplify the installation process.
