TVS2650 Supercharger Kit

The Harrop TVS2650 Supercharger Kit is an Australian-engineered performance upgrade designed for the Toyota 3UR-FE 5.7L V8 engine, commonly found in the Toyota Tundra, Landcruiser 200 Series, and Lexus LX570. This kit features Eaton's largest TVS2650 rotating group, which is 40% larger than the TRD TVS1900, offering enhanced thermal and volumetric efficiency. Key features include a Front Drive/Front Inlet (FDFI) supercharger design with a high-efficiency intercooler system. The manifold integrates dual twin-pass intercooler cores located near the cylinder heads for stable intake temperatures. This is complemented by a large front-mount heat exchanger and a high-flow Bosch intercooler pump. The kit retains factory ancillaries such as A/C, the viscous engine fan, and power steering. It's designed as a direct upgrade for existing TRD 1900 or aftermarket 1900 supercharged variants. Included components are the Harrop TVS2650 FDFI Supercharger with a Toyota throttle body bolt pattern, supercharger intake manifold with intercooler cores, an 8PK FEAD idler bracket, coolant cross-over pipe, and an 8PK supercharger drive belt. It also comes with a replacement high-flow fuel pump, a high-efficiency heat exchanger, a high-volume electric intercooler pump, coolant reservoir, and molded hoses. Plug-in wiring looms for engine sensors, including IAT breakout from the MAF sensor, throttle loom extension, and intercooler pump loom, are provided, along with all necessary fasteners and fittings. This kit is 50 State Emissions Approved with an Executive Order (EO) number D-829-2. At 6.5 psi, it delivers an estimated 478hp and 463 ft-lbs of torque, representing a gain of +160hp and +88 ft-lbs over stock. Higher boost levels are achievable, but tuning support for additional boost is not globally available. The system is capable of over 1000hp with supporting engine modifications, and quoted power figures are measured at the hubs on a Harrop dynamometer. Note that the kit is hardware-only and does not include a calibration; a Stage 1 calibration is available separately.
