Overview

The Hellion Twin 62mm Turbo Tuner System is a twin-turbo setup designed to replace the factory supercharger on the 2017-2022 Camaro ZL1. This system significantly increases horsepower potential, enabling up to 1000 wheel horsepower on pump gas and over 1200 on race gas with supporting modifications. It is manufactured in the USA from durable stainless steel and features top-mount turbo headers, a 3.5-inch vertical intercooler core, and black Cerakote ceramic coating for heat protection.

The Hellion Twin 62mm Turbo Tuner System is engineered to transform the 2017-2022 Camaro ZL1 by replacing the factory supercharger with a powerful twin-turbo setup. It is capable of producing up to 1000 wheel horsepower on pump gas and exceeding 1200 wheel horsepower on race gas when paired with supporting modifications. The system also includes a large 3.5-inch vertical flow intercooler with a high-flow bar and plate core for efficient cooling. All components are treated with a black Cerakote ceramic coating for superior heat protection and a sleek appearance. Dual blow-off valves are standard for audible throttle response. However, it requires standard turbo system installation steps and is recommended for experienced installers or professional installation due to the mechanical expertise needed. The estimated installation time is approximately 3 hours. The system includes all necessary heat protection.
