The Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam Conversion Kit - 103CI to 110CI is designed to elevate your Twin Cam motorcycle's performance to match CVO Screamin' Eagle models without requiring expensive machining or engine removal. This street-compliant kit features proven SE-255 cams and cylinder heads, paired with exclusive Screamin' Eagle 4.0" bolt-on cylinders and system-matched pistons for substantial torque and dependable everyday performance. The kit includes SE 4.0" bolt-on cylinders, CVO 110 cylinder heads, SE-255 cams, forged 9.3:1 compression pistons and rings, a heavy-duty clutch spring, top-end and cam cover gaskets, and high-capacity roller tappets. Automatic compression release-equipped cylinder heads and flat top forged pistons contribute to an easy-starting 9.3:1 compression ratio, while Screamin' Eagle lifters ensure quiet and reliable valve train operation. This kit is specifically designed to fit Harley-Davidson '14-'16 FLHTCU, FLHTCUL, FLHTK, FLHTKL, and FLTRU models with Twin-Cooled engines. It is explicitly stated that this kit does not fit Trike models, CVO 110 models, or models with engine cases that have been machined to accept large-bore cylinders. Additional components are required for installation, including a separate purchase of a high-flow air cleaner, cam spacers (recommended), and an appropriate Automatic Compression Release Wiring Harness. All EFI-equipped models will require a dealer-installed ECM calibration download or the use of a Screamin' Eagle Street Tuner Kit, which must be purchased separately. Recalibration is mandatory for proper installation, and labor costs are not included. When installed by an authorized Harley-Davidson Dealer at the time of vehicle delivery, these conversion kits do not affect the vehicle's limited warranty. A 1-year limited warranty is provided.
