Twin Cam Stage III 110 CI Big Bore Kit

The Screamin' Eagle Twin Cam Stage III Kit is engineered to provide a significant boost in torque and performance for your Twin Cam engine, upgrading it from 103 CI to 110 CI without requiring the motor to be removed from the chassis. This kit features exclusive bolt-on 4.0" cylinders with slim-wall spigots that integrate seamlessly into the factory crankcase, eliminating the need for additional machining. Key components include 4" flat top pistons designed to achieve a 10.2:1 compression ratio when paired with stock cylinder heads. The high-lift SE-585 cam is included to enhance torque across the entire RPM range. The kit also contains forged pistons and rings, perfect fit pushrods, SE high capacity roller tappets, high-performance valve springs, a heavy-duty clutch spring, and a complete top-end gasket kit. This kit fits ’16-'17 Softail® and '14-'16 Touring models. It is not compatible with Trike models, FLSS, FLSTFBS, CVO™ 110 models, or models where the engine cases have already been machined for larger cylinders. For proper installation and operation, ECM recalibration is mandatory for all EFI-equipped models, which can be achieved through a dealer-installed download or the use of the Screamin' Eagle® Street Tuner Kit (sold separately). The source material also recommends the separate purchase of cam spacers (P/N 25928-06) and the Cam Drive Retention Kit (P/N 91800088). Twin-Cooled models will require model-specific head gaskets, also sold separately. Labor costs for installation and recalibration are not included.
