Twin Disc Clutch Kit

The Mantic Clutch USA Twin Disc Clutch is engineered as a direct replacement for the 4.6L Mod Motor powered 2004-2010 Ford Mustang GT. This kit replaces worn or overpowered stock clutches with a more durable and robust solution. It features a premium ceremetallic friction material, offering superior torque capacity and heat resistance compared to organic materials, while maintaining excellent drivability. The unique red cover and components are machined from billet stock, ensuring precise tolerances, minimal flexing, and enhanced strength, especially at high RPMs. This complete kit includes a lightened steel flywheel (14 lbs), the twin disc clutch assembly, a new OE hydraulic release bearing, new flywheel and clutch bolts, and all necessary hardware. The clutch utilizes a 9-inch diameter disc, reducing the Moment of Inertia for improved power transfer and quicker shifts. Despite its high performance, the Mantic twin disc is designed for a relatively low pedal effort, with approximately a 12-15% increase over the OE clutch, thanks to a sprung center with cushioned discs, making it suitable for both daily driving and heavy track use. The Mantic Clutch USA M921232 is SFI Approved 1.1 and is completely rebuildable due to its modular construction. It is designed for the 4.6L V8 Mod Motor with a 6-bolt flywheel and a 1-1/8"x26 spline input shaft.
