The Uniclutch UC08KIT26 clutch system is engineered to enhance the performance of Subaru WRX STI models equipped with the 2.5 Turbo EJ257 engine, covering the 2005-2022 model years with 6-speed transmissions. Featuring a twin-disc cerametallic core, this clutch offers seamless transitions for both track and street driving. It boasts an integrated flywheel friction surface that eliminates the need for flywheel machining, saving time and money. The Track Pedal Tune provides precise control and reduces driver fatigue during extended track sessions, while Silent Shift Technology improves shift quality and speed, largely eliminating chatter. The high clamp billet cover assembly ensures durability and reduces cover flex for superior disengagement. Constructed with precisely engineered, billet forged materials, the UC08KIT26 offers outstanding durability while maintaining smooth engagement. Proprietary noise reduction engineering minimizes the typical sounds associated with performance twin-plate clutches. The system supports a maximum torque capacity of 1320nm peak at the flywheel (930nm rated). The modular design simplifies engine or transmission replacement. This kit includes Fitment Kit UCFK08293-A-002, which accommodates various transmission splines including 26.2X23T, 25.4X24T, 25.2X24T, and 29.0X10T. It is specifically designed for 6-Speed STI Pull Type actuation.
