The CSF Race 8194B High-Performance Twin Intercooler Set is engineered to address heat soak and rising intake air temperatures (IATs) in the Audi C8 RS6 and RS7 platforms. This system features a Formula-1 grade intercooler core developed through CSF's partnership with PWR, incorporating two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins for exceptional efficiency. This design effectively eliminates heat soak and lowers IATs, crucial for maintaining maximum performance during demanding driving conditions and for vehicles with increased power levels. Constructed from aluminum with a thermal black heat dispersion finish, these intercoolers boast 100% TIG-welded, CNC machined billet aluminum end tanks. This offers a significant durability advantage over the OEM's crimped cast aluminum end tanks, ensuring they can withstand increased boost pressures from high-performance tunes and upgraded turbochargers. Installation is designed as a true plug-and-play, "drop-in fit" process, requiring no modifications and utilizing OEM style inlet/outlet connections for precise integration with existing components. This set replaces OEM part numbers 4K0 145 805 P (Left) and 4K0 145 806 B (Right). Applications include the 2021-2025 Audi C8 RS6 Avant (including GT and Performance trims) and the 2021-2025 Audi C8 RS7 Sportback (including Performance trim), all equipped with the 4.0L TFSI twin-turbo V8 engine.
