The CSF #8194 High-Performance Twin Intercooler Set is a crucial upgrade for the Audi C8 RS6 and RS7, developed in collaboration with Pacific German. This system addresses the OEM intercoolers' tendency to cause heat soak and rising Intake Air Temperatures (IATs), which forces the ECU to pull timing and reduce performance. By mitigating these issues, the CSF set unlocks the full potential of the C8 platform. At the heart of this intercooler system is the Formula-1 performance grade core by PWR. This advanced 2-row core features rolled cooling tubes with inner fins, offering superior efficiency compared to traditional Bar & Plate or Tube & Fin designs. This allows for more effective elimination of heat soak and lower IATs, ensuring sustained maximum performance during demanding driving conditions, track use, and with higher power levels achieved through modifications and tuning. The end tanks are constructed from CNC machined billet aluminum and are 100% TIG welded, providing a stronger and more durable solution than the OEM's crimped cast aluminum end tanks, capable of withstanding increased boost pressures. The system seamlessly integrates with all OEM components, utilizing OEM-style inlet/outlet connections. The #8194 model comes in a raw billet aluminum finish, with a Thermal Black Heat Dispersion option (CSF #8194B) also available. Performance gains are documented as +20 WHP / +18 WTQ with a stock tune, and +10 WHP / +20 WTQ with a high-performance tune. These intercoolers are a critical component for RS6/RS7 owners aiming for power goals up to the coveted 1000hp mark. The product is made in the USA at PWR North America and replaces OEM Part Numbers: 4K0 145 805 P (Left) and 4K0 145 806 B (Right).
