Twin Intercooler Set with PWR Core

CSF partnered with Pacific German to develop the #8194B High-Performance Twin Intercooler Set for the Audi C8 RS6 and RS7, aiming to unlock the platform's full potential and address issues like heat soak and rising Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) that can lead to ECU-induced timing pulls and performance loss. The core of this system is a Formula-1 grade intercooler core from PWR, featuring a 2-row design with rolled cooling tubes and inner fins. This advanced design is more efficient than traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin constructions, effectively eliminating heat soak and lowering IATs, especially under demanding driving conditions or with modified engines and tuning. Complementing the core are CNC machined billet aluminum end tanks, which are 100% TIG welded, offering superior strength and longevity compared to OEM crimped cast aluminum end tanks. The set comes finished in a Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Coating, with a raw billet aluminum finish also available (CSF #8194). Performance gains are cited as follows: Stage 1 (Stock Tune) yields +20 WHP / +18 WTQ, and Stage 2 (With High-Performance Tune) offers +10 WHP / +20 WTQ. These intercoolers are critical components for RS6/RS7 owners aiming for high-horsepower builds, including those targeting the 1000hp mark. The system is manufactured in the USA at PWR North America and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
