Constructed with CNC machined billet couplers and a twin piston Forge valve, this blow-off valve is built for durability and optimal performance. The Forge valve is designed not to trigger any check engine lights.

The Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve, FMDV22, is a premium upgrade designed to replace the factory diverter valve on Volkswagen Golf 1.5 TSI engines. This kit aims to reduce turbo lag, improve throttle response during gear changes, and protect the turbocharger's impeller from excessive stress, thereby prolonging its lifespan and preventing premature failure, especially in modified vehicles. The valve itself is CNC machined from billet aluminum and features a twin-piston design for optimal performance. The kit includes a durable silicone hose, available in red, blue, or black, which replaces the OEM plastic boost pipe from the turbo to the manifold. The kit typically includes the atmospheric dump valve, a boost tap, throttle body and turbo couplers, silicone hose, hose clamps, all fixings, and a Forge sticker. A critical consideration is the potential need for an additional breather adapter, which depends on the specific engine bay configuration; users are instructed to select 'Yes' or 'No' accordingly. The product comes with a lifetime warranty from Forge Motorsport.
