The Dobinsons GS21-015B is a twin-tube big-bore gas shock absorber engineered to significantly upgrade vehicle handling and control. Designed, developed, and tested in Australia, it is built to endure the most demanding conditions, from extreme heat to subzero temperatures. This shock absorber provides a substantial performance increase over standard equipment by featuring larger bodies and bores, which effectively reduce shock fade, ensuring consistent performance even when the vehicle is heavily loaded or traversing harsh terrains. It incorporates Japanese NOK Multi-Lip seals for superior leak protection, Fuchs German shock absorber oil for optimal operation and longevity, and Teflon piston rings to minimize internal friction for improved responsiveness. The shock absorber is fitted with a double chromed, hardened 18mm rod for increased strength and resistance to wear and corrosion, complemented by natural rubber bushings that help reduce noise and vibration for a more comfortable ride. Designed as a direct bolt-in OE replacement, the GS21-015B facilitates straightforward installation without requiring modifications. It also includes a steel dust cover to protect the rod from debris, extending the shock absorber's lifespan.
