Twin-Tube Gas Strut

The Dobinsons GS59-222 is a twin-tube gas strut engineered to enhance vehicle handling and control, offering a significant performance upgrade over standard shocks. Developed and tested in Australia, these struts are built to withstand extreme conditions, from intense heat to subzero temperatures. The larger bodies and bores of the twin-tube big-bore design help reduce shock fade, ensuring consistent performance under heavy loads and harsh terrains. The double chromed 18mm rod offers increased strength and resistance to wear and corrosion, while natural rubber bushings contribute to improved ride comfort and noise reduction. A steel dust cover is included for added protection against debris. These struts are designed as direct bolt-in OE replacements, simplifying installation without requiring modifications. The GS59-222 is specifically designed for the front position of 4WD vehicles, suitable for stock height up to 2.0" of lift and can be used with original or aftermarket coils. Compatibility includes: 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia 4WD, 1996-2004 Toyota Tacoma 4WD, 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra 4WD, and 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner 4WD.
