Twin Turbo 3.6L LF3 Cold Air Intake

The ZZP CTS V-Sport Cold Air Intake is engineered specifically for the Twin Turbo 3.6L LF3 equipped Cadillac CTS V-Sport. Developed by ZZP engineers who are actively involved in product development, racing, and daily driving, this cold air intake system aims to outperform competitors. The intake features custom-designed silicone sections with smooth transitions to optimize airflow and prevent performance-hindering turbulence. The air filters are specialized to meet the demands of the twin-turbo V6 engine, capable of supporting up to 1000 HP, unlike generic filters used by other manufacturers. These filters offer more pleats per inch, deeper pleats, and are constructed with custom filter material for superior performance and to prevent collapse or restriction. The intake tubing is constructed from 6000 series aluminum, finished with a high-temperature wrinkle black powder coat for a factory-like appearance. The MAF pads are CNC machined in-house, and each component is marked with ZZP branding, highlighting the product's American quality and origin. A note regarding installation indicates that cooling fans may initially run high after the MAF sensor is reconnected; this is normal and resolves after a brief engine run and restart.
