The SPE Motorsport S550 Mustang Twin Turbo Intercooler is engineered to be one of the most efficient intercoolers on the market, specifically designed for twin-turbo setups. The end tanks are precision-fabricated with CNC machining to a thickness of 3/16 inch, featuring billet hose ends. This construction ensures even airflow distribution and minimizes pressure drop, which are critical for optimal cooling performance. The core of the intercooler measures 6x12x24 inches and utilizes a bar and plate design. It is capable of supporting over 2000 horsepower with an efficient turbo setup. Each unit is pressure tested to 150 psi to guarantee reliability and durability.
