Twin Turbo Kit

The Huron Speed Products C5TT is a comprehensive twin turbo kit engineered for the C5 Corvette (1997-2004). This kit is designed to be the ultimate turbo system for the C5 market, featuring custom JDS designed, fabricated sch10 manifolds with T4 flanges and full 3" exhaust piping all the way back to the OEM axle-back location. It accommodates a pair of Full T4 turbos up to billet 7675 size, with options for S-cover, 60-series cover, or CT4 covers. Constructed with 321 stainless steel for the manifolds and 304 stainless steel for the hotside piping, this kit ensures durability and performance. It integrates a 4.5" thick HSP Black Series intercooler with brackets and shroud, and uses 2.5" silicone cold-side tubing transitioning to 3.5" aluminum tubing for the throttle body. The air intake piping is 3" aluminum, running over the radiator to 3" filters for a street-friendly setup. Installation includes HSP fabricated bolt-on engine mount pedestals and shorty poly mounts, eliminating the need to cut factory pedestals. The design allows turbos to gravity drain oil into the pan, negating the need for a scavenging pump. The kit is capable of supporting over 1250 RWHP. This kit requires the purchase of turbos, wastegates, BOV, a C6 oil pan, and potentially a CTS-V AC Conversion kit if A/C retention is desired. Minor grinding to the front cradle, unused engine mount boss, and inner fender liner may be necessary for cold-side tubing clearance. Precision turbos require more clearancing than Turbonetics or Comp turbos.
