The Hellion Turbo "Next Generation" Street Sleeper® Twin Turbo System (HT-1820F150-TT) is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of the 2018-2020 Ford F-150 5.0L. This comprehensive kit offers a true 100% bolt-on installation, eliminating the need for cutting or extensive modifications. The system's design mimics the factory turbocharger placement, ensuring reduced engine bay heat and maintaining the integrity of essential components like the AC lines and braking system. Capable of generating between 600 and 2000 rear-wheel horsepower, this system provides a substantial performance upgrade. It comes standard with Hellion 62/62 turbochargers, which can support over 1000 rwhp. For those seeking even greater power, optional turbocharger upgrades include the 62/62R (over 1300 rwhp), 64/66R (over 1600 rwhp), and 68/70R configurations. The kit features all American-made stainless steel tubing with secure v-band connections and includes dual Turbosmart Comp Gate 40 wastegates and a Turbosmart Raceport blow-off valve. It also comes with an exhaust connection to the cat-back, meaning no additional welding is needed to complete the exhaust integration. Included in the kit are a standard high-flow 5" intercooler, with an optional massive 7" intercooler available for increased cooling capacity. Optional 4-into-1 tubular headers are recommended for builds exceeding 1000 rwhp. Note that tuning is not included with this kit.
