Twin Turbo System

The Hellion "Hellraiser" Twin Turbo system for the 1999-2001 Mustang Cobra represents a revolutionary step in aftermarket power enhancement. This compound boost capability is the first of its kind in the Mustang aftermarket, allowing for greater boost, improved average power, and enhanced low-end torque compared to other systems. This system is designed to be capable of supporting up to 1200 HP and is proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. It is offered with various turbo upgrade options, including Precision 61mm, 62mm, 64mm, and 67mm billet wheel options with either journal or ball bearing configurations. Additional options for enhanced control and monitoring include the Turbosmart eBoost3 Electronic Boost Controller and an AEM X-Series Wideband Air/Fuel Sensor Gauge Kit. Installation of this kit is designed around the UPR tubular K-member. The manufacturer notes that using any other K-member may complicate installation and alter the intended design of the Hellion Turbo System. It is important to note that this system does not include programming; therefore, tuning will be required post-installation to optimize performance and ensure proper operation.
