Twin Turbo System

The On3 Performance Twin Turbo System is engineered for the 2011-2014 Mustang GT 5.0 and Boss models, offering a substantial power upgrade. This kit utilizes upgraded v-banded manifolds, which are double the thickness of standard 4-bolt designs, ensuring greater durability and improved exhaust flow. The system is designed to support over 1000rwhp and can accommodate up to 70mm On 3 ceramic ball bearing or billet wheel turbochargers. It includes On 3 Performance 60mm ceramic ball bearing turbochargers and twin 44mm wastegates as standard. The custom dual inlet intercooler features a single outlet with an integrated 50mm blow-off valve flange and is designed to be the largest possible core that fits behind the bumper. Initial testing on a Mustang dyno with 6 psi of boost and a 2011 5.0 automatic transmission yielded 570rwhp, with potential for more with tuning adjustments. The kit has been proven to deliver impressive performance, with the shop car achieving 10.70-second quarter-mile times at 131 mph in stock trim before boost adjustments. Customers have reported running 9.60 at 140+ mph on stock bottom ends and daily driven cars, with some builds reaching into the 8-second range. The quickest recorded time for a 2011-2014 Mustang equipped with this kit and standard 60mm turbos is an 8.80 at the NMRA Finals.
