This comprehensive kit includes On 3 Performance 60mm ceramic ball bearing turbochargers and twin 44mm wastegates to manage boost. The system features an upgraded v-banded manifold with double the thickness of standard designs for enhanced durability. The intercooler is custom-built to On3's specifications, maximizing core size for both height and width behind the bumper, and includes a flange for a 50mm blow off valve. The kit has been tested on a 2011 5.0 automatic Mustang GT, achieving 570 rwhp on a Mustang dyno at conservative mid-6psi boost levels, with potential for more power with tuning adjustments. In stock trim, the car achieved 10.70-second quarter-mile times at 131 mph, and modified vehicles with this kit have run as quick as 8.80 seconds. Installation may require additional components such as a 1-piece driveshaft and upgraded injectors, as noted in development testing. For optimal fitment, modifications like a K-member may be necessary, and specific shock and strut requirements, such as using Fox body components, should be considered to prevent bottoming out.
