The Hellion 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 Twin Turbo System is engineered to take the already potent 6.2L supercharged engine to unprecedented performance levels through compound boost technology. This innovative setup utilizes the factory supercharger, with twin turbos feeding into its inlet, creating a dual-stage boost effect. For example, 3 psi from the wastegates before the supercharger can result in a compounded 14 psi at the engine. This approach delivers the visceral feel of a supercharged vehicle with the precise boost control of a twin-turbo system. The system features a brand-new design with 2-inch primary headers and high-flow 3-inch outlet manifolds for rapid spool and maximum horsepower. Standard configuration includes Hellion twin 64/66R T4 billet ball bearing turbos, with optional upgrades to 68mm or 71mm. It also incorporates Twin Turbosmart/Hellion spec Hypergate 45 wastegates and a Turbosmart/Hellion Race port bypass valve. The package is completed with a pre-programmed Turbosmart e-Boost3 boost controller, allowing for easy in-cabin boost adjustments from mild to extreme power levels. Constructed from American-made stainless steel piping, this system comes with a lifetime warranty. It utilizes heavy-duty silicone hoses, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and high-flow K&N air filters.
