Twin Turbo System with 62/62 Turbos

The Hellion "Next Generation" Twin Turbo System is a complete kit engineered to significantly enhance the performance of 2018-2020 Ford F-150 5.0L trucks, including 2x4 and 4x4 configurations with any cab style. This system is designed as a 100% true bolt-on, requiring no cutting and leaving the truck's AC, brake, and battery systems untouched. The kit includes standard Hellion 62/62 turbochargers, capable of over 1000 rwhp, with optional upgrades like the 62/62R (over 1300 rwhp) and 64/66R (over 1600 rwhp) for higher power goals. Construction features include all American-made stainless steel tubing with v-band connections, dual Turbosmart Comp Gate 40 wastegates, and a Turbosmart Raceport blow-off valve. A high-flow 5-inch intercooler is standard, with an optional massive 7-inch intercooler available. The system also includes an electric cutout for maximum power at the flip of a switch and connects to the existing cat-back exhaust, eliminating the need for welding open downpipes. This kit has demonstrated impressive performance figures, with equipped trucks achieving 60-130 mph in as little as 3.99 seconds at 22 psi, translating to well into the 8-second quarter-mile range. Hellion offers a lifetime warranty on the stainless steel tubing. Note that this kit does not include tuning, which is required for operation.
