The AAM Competition Nissan 370Z Twin Turbocharger System sets a new benchmark for 370Z turbocharger kits, offering a potent blend of performance, OEM-style fitment, and long-term reliability. Developed using CAD, this system prioritizes performance while ensuring quality, consistency, and a precise fit. It features precision tubular cast 304 stainless manifolds and utilizes BorgWarner EFR turbochargers with internal wastegates and built-in CRV bypass valves to simplify installation and enhance reliability. The system includes fully terminated motorsport-grade oil and coolant lines with AN fittings and high-temp shielding, as well as water-cooled turbochargers for maximum performance and durability. A proprietary oil pan and pickup are included to increase oil capacity and facilitate turbo oil drains. The kit features a large (23x9x3) vertical flow intercooler with custom cast end tanks, polished aluminum 6061 intercooler piping, and high-temperature, 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers with stainless T-bolt clamps. High-flow intake filters ensure optimal air filtration and maximum flow. Included are twin 3-inch T-304 stainless downpipes that terminate at the stock midpipe location, ensuring compatibility with most 370Z midpipes and exhaust systems. For fueling, the system incorporates an in-tank, high-flow Walbro 255 fuel pump and larger high-flow injectors, complemented by an included engine management system.
