Twisted Wedge 11R 170 Assembled Cylinder Head

The Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® 11R® 170 Cylinder Heads are engineered to enhance airflow and performance for Small Block Ford engines. These assembled heads feature a unique Twisted Wedge® design with 11° intake and 13° exhaust valve angles, along with restructured combustion chambers that promote greater airflow and power potential. The street-ported runners are optimized for popular bore and stroke combinations, offering significant performance gains as an entry-level CNC option. They are designed as a direct replacement for previous Twisted Wedge heads and are compatible with all Twisted Wedge-specific pistons. Key specifications include a 53cc combustion chamber volume, 170cc intake runners, and 66cc exhaust runners. The heads come with 2.020 in. intake valves and 1.600 in. exhaust valves, dual valve springs with a damper, chromoly steel retainers, and 7-degree locks, all rated for up to 0.600 in. maximum valve lift. Guideplates for 5/16 in. pushrods and bronze valve guides are also included. They are sold individually. Important installation notes: For blocks machined for 7/16 in. head bolts, the use of TFS-51400419 head bolt bushings is required. These heads are a non-emissions, street-ported design.
