Twisted Wedge 11R 205 Aluminum Cylinder Heads

The Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge 11R® 205 Cylinder Heads represent an evolution of Trick Flow's renowned Twisted Wedge design, optimized for serious performance enthusiasts and racers. Leveraging advanced 3D solid modeling and CAD tools, these heads offer increased airflow and performance potential through a restructured combustion chamber arrangement and 11° intake, 13° exhaust valve angles. The high-velocity, race-inspired intake runners are specifically optimized for popular bore and stroke combinations. Constructed from premium certified cast aluminum, these bare cylinder heads feature fully CNC-machined runners and chambers with a high-resolution finish for ultimate performance. They boast 205cc intake runners, 66cc exhaust runners, and 66cc CNC-machined combustion chambers, with intake valve diameters of 2.080 in. and exhaust valve diameters of 1.600 in. The Twisted Wedge® combustion chamber style and 3-angle valve seats are also notable features. Valve guides are included and made of bronze, while valve seats are ductile iron. These heads are designed as a direct replacement for previous Twisted Wedge heads and work with all Twisted Wedge-specific pistons. Important installation notes include that these heads are machined for 1/2 in. head bolts. For blocks machined for 7/16 in. head bolts, the use of TFS-51400419 head bolt bushings is required. These are competition-ported, fully CNC-machined, non-emissions heads sold individually. Valve springs, dampers, retainers, locks, valve stem seals, rocker arm studs, rocker arms, rocker arm nuts, and guideplates are not included and must be sourced separately.
