This cylinder head is constructed from cast aluminum and utilizes a Twisted Wedge combustion chamber style.

The Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge 11R® 205 Cylinder Heads represent an evolution of the proven Twisted Wedge design, enhanced with advanced 3D solid modeling and decades of racing experience. These heads are engineered for serious performance enthusiasts and racers, featuring 11° intake and 13° exhaust valve angles and a restructured combustion chamber for increased airflow and power potential. The 205cc intake runners and 66cc exhaust runners are CNC-machined for optimal flow, complemented by 56cc CNC-machined combustion chambers. The intake ports are rectangular with a 2.080 in. intake valve diameter, while the exhaust ports are square with a 1.600 in. exhaust valve diameter. This product is sold individually and comes fully assembled with intake valves, exhaust valves, dual valve springs with dampers, chromoly steel retainers, 7-degree locks, valve stem seals, and rocker arm studs. It is set up exclusively for hydraulic roller camshafts. Notes indicate that these are competition-ported, fully CNC-machined, non-emissions heads. For blocks machined for 7/16 in. head bolts, the use of TFS-51400419 head bolt bushings is required, as the heads are machined for 1/2 in. head bolts.
